Bob Jr. graduated from Alfred University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Hired in 1987, he has directed DMC’s Estimating and Procurement Departments. Bob’s present duties involve managing shop operations, labor relations, and the overview of major power and process projects. He guides the company’s employee development and training strategy, but most importantly, he oversees the Quality Control Program, including the maintenance of ASME and NBIC Certificates, as well as monitoring all welders’ procedures.
Bob is regarded as one of the mechanical contracting industry’s foremost welding experts. He holds New York City Master Plumber and Master Fire Suppression Piping Contractor Licenses along with Refrigeration Transition & Recovery Contractor Universal Type I, II, and III, and New Jersey Master HVAC Contractor License. He is a respected leader in local and national industry associations and trade organizations. Bob serves on the Board of the of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America Executive Committee as Vice President/Assistant Treasurer. He was also President of the Mechanical Contractors Association of New Jersey where he now oversees the ACE/MCIC Committee and the Welding Committee. He has been the Chairman, Treasurer, and Technical Representative of the Greater New York Welding Chapter/NCPWB since 1993 and has served on the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau’s Board of Directors since 2003. Bob is on the Trustee Boards of both Steamfitters Local 475 and Boilermakers Local 5.
