A Steamfitter Local 638 Apprentice since 1986, Tim joined DMC in 1990, and as Journeyman, Foreman and Project Superintendent performed many of the more challenging projects in our company’s history. Tim always goes above and beyond to ensure the success of his projects, it is no surprise he was promoted to General Superintendent for all of DMC in 2017.
Tim’s key role as General Superintendent is to serve as liaison between DMC and the Union Trades, constantly interacting with Union representatives. He also manages a multi-craft crew on a day to day basis coordinating the activities of tradesmen, operations, and maintenance staff. Tim coordinates support resources and equipment that is necessary for the safe completion of work. He reviews job progress, highlights problems, makes corrective actions, and performs field follow-up rounds monitoring and assisting crafts as required.
Tim has successfully completed OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Courses. He also has an American Welding Society Certification.
